Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares, which will rank paripassu with existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM Market ofthe London Stock Exchange and the IEX Market of the Irish Stock Exchange, andadmission is expected to take place at 8 a.m. on 9th July 2007.
