Brainspark PLC23 February 2005 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 23 FEBRUARY 2005 BRAINSPARK PLCNOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY MEETING Brainspark PLC announces that an Extraordinary General Meeting has been convenedfor 3 March 2005 to consider the resolutions necessary to effect thesub-division of each of the existing issued ordinary shares of 1p into one newordinary share of 0.01p and 99 new deferred shares of 0.01p ("Deferred Shares").The deferred shares shall carry no effective rights. The purpose of the sub-division is to enable the Directors to issue shares wherethey would otherwise be prevented by the present share price on AIM being belowthe existing par value of the shares.
