New Directorship notification under Listing Rule 9.6.14

City of London (LSE: CLIG), a leading specialist asset management group focused on emerging markets and closed-end funds, announces that Susannah Nicklin, a non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as director of Baronsmead Venture Trust plc with effect from the conclusion of its AGM on 21 February 2018.

Susannah was previously a director of Baronsmead VCT plc and is currently a non-executive director and senior independent director at Pantheon International Plc, and a non-executive director of Amati VCT2 Plc.
