Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
The Company would like to advise that, on 30 November 2012, following the Company share buyback announced on the same day, Chief Executive Officer Barry Olliff acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 255 pence per Ordinary Share. In addition, Doug Allison, Finance Director and Chief Executive Designate, disposed of beneficial interests in 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 255 pence per Ordinary Share.
The resultant beneficial and other interests of Barry Olliff and Doug Allison in the Company are shown below:
