Trading Statement

CLS Holdings plc announces that it expects its financial results and EPRA Net Asset Value per Ordinary Share for the year ended 31 December 2016 to be ahead of current market forecasts. This is primarily due to a strong operating performance and an increase in the values of its London and French properties since 1 July exceeding market expectations.

The Group's full year results are expected to be announced on Wednesday 8 March 2017.
