Total voting rights and capital

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") notifies the market that, as at 30 April 2012, Caledonia's issued share capital includes 57,316,301 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.

The above figure of 57,316,301 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or changes to their interests in, Caledonia under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
