Annual report 2014 and notice of 2014 annual general meeting

On 28 May 2014, Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") released its final results for the year ended 31 March 2014 under RNS number 1702I. This announcement contained the regulated information in relation to annual financial reports required to be made public in unedited full text by Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5.

Caledonia now announces that it has posted to shareholders its full annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2014 ("Annual Report 2014"), together with a circular containing the notice of its annual general meeting to be held on 17 July 2014 ("2014 AGM Circular").

Copies of the Annual Report 2014 and the 2014 AGM Circular have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
