Caledonia Investments plc (the "Company") announces that it has today given an irrevocable instruction to Winterflood Securities Limited to purchase its ordinary shares during its forthcoming close period under the authority to purchase shares approved by shareholders on 17 July 2014. Any shares purchased will be cancelled.
The instruction is valid from 1 April 2015 to 26 May 2015, being the close period prior to the release on 27 May 2015 of the announcement of the Company's final results for the year ending 31 March 2015.
Any purchases will be effected within certain pre-set parameters, and in accordance with both the Company's general authority to purchase its shares and Chapter 12 of the Listing Rules and any trading decisions will be made by Winterflood Securities Limited independently of, and uninfluenced by, the Company.
