Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification

Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") has been notified pursuant to the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulations of the following transactions involving three of its directors, Jamie Cayzer-Colvin, Stephen King and William Wyatt as detailed below.

On 6 June 2017, ordinary 5p shares were transferred to the above-named directors under Caledonia's 2011 Deferred Bonus Plan ("Deferred Bonus Plan") and 2011 Performance Share Scheme ("Performance Share Scheme"), at nil cost. On the same date, Mr Cayzer-Colvin exercised options under Caledonia's 2005 Executive Share Option Scheme ("Executive Share Option Scheme") at an exercise price of 1446p. All resulting shares were sourced from the Caledonia Investments plc Employee Share Trust and subsequently sold at 2910p per share on the same date.
