Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") or persons closely associated with them ("PCA")
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") has been notified pursuant to the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 5p ("Shares"), which took place on 3 June 2021, and involved persons closely associated with one of its directors, William Wyatt.
Family trusts, of which Mr Wyatt is a trustee, purchased 1,191 Shares in Caledonia, representing 0.002% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital. The Shares were purchased from a close relative of Mr Wyatt at a price of 3100p. These transactions were conducted off-market and in London.
In addition, 644 Shares, representing 0.001% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital were also purchased. The Shares were purchased on market following a sale by a close relative of Mr Wyatt at a price of 3108.1p.
All these transactions increased Mr Wyatt's beneficial holdings in the Company.
In addition, family trusts, of which Mr Wyatt is a trustee, purchased 2,429 Shares in Caledonia, representing 0.004% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital. The Shares were purchased from a close relative of Mr Wyatt at a price of 3100p. The transactions were conducted off-market and in London. These transactions increased Mr Wyatt's non-beneficial holdings in the Company.
Mr Wyatt's total interests in Shares following the above transactions are as follows:
Beneficial - 1,151,152 Shares* = 2.08%
Non-beneficial - 82,467 Shares = 0.15%
Performance share scheme awards - 147,326 Shares = 0.27%
Deferred bonus plan awards - 13,652 Shares = 0.02%
* includes 1,009,898 Shares owned by The Dunchurch Lodge Stud Company.
