CALEDONIA INVESTMENTS PLC - GRANT OF DEFERRED BONUS AWARDS
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that, on 6 June 2014, the following deferred share awards over ordinary 5p shares in Caledonia were granted to executive directors under the Caledonia Investments 2011 Deferred Bonus Plan (the "Deferred Bonus Plan"). The company's share price used to determine the number of Deferred Bonus Plan awards was 2186p.
