Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") announces that Lynn Fordham, who has served as a non-executive director of the Company since 1 January 2022, has given notice of her resignation with effect from 31 August 2025.

Farah Buckley, who has served on the Board since March 2023, has been appointed as an additional member of the Company's Audit and Risk Committee from 1 August 2025 and will succeed Lynn as its chair on 1 September 2025. The Board will now begin the search for an additional non-executive director.

David Stewart, Caledonia's Chair, commented:

Notes:

In accordance with section 430 (2B) of the Companies Act 2006, Caledonia confirms that, other than fees payable to Lynn Fordham as a non-executive director up to the effective date of her resignation, no remuneration or payment has been or will be made in connection with her cessation as a director of the Company.
