Capital Lease Aviation Plc (LSE: CLA), the aircraft leasing company, today announces that on 16 December 2014 the company was informed that on 24 November 2014, the wife of Peter Freeman, a non-executive director, sold 6,500 ordinary shares at a price of 20.5p pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Freeman holds direct and indirect interests in 112,500 shares in the Company, representing 0.12 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
