Director's shareholding
Elektron was notified on 22 November 2011 of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares by its Chairman, Keith Daley: 100,000 ordinary shares were acquired on 18 November 2011 at 22.89p per share; 300,000 ordinary shares were acquired on 22 November 2011 at 21.25p per share.
Following these acquisitions, Keith Daley now holds a total of 8,539,594 ordinary shares, which represents approximately 8.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
