Director's Dealing

The Company was notified today, 25 July 2014, that Andy Weatherstone, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, today acquired 50,000 ordinary shares in the capital of Elektron ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 5.2 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Weatherstone is interested in 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
