Director's shareholding

The Company was notified today, 28 June 2012, that Keith Daley, Chairman of the Company, today acquired 250,000 ordinary shares in Elektron at a price of 17 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Daley is interested in 13,667,395 ordinary shares in Elektron, inclusive of his interest held under the Elektron Technology 2012 Employee Benefit Trust, representing in total approximately 11.5 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.
