Checkit plc (AIM: CKT), the automated monitoring platform for operational leaders, announces that on 3 November 2025, Kit Kyte, Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of 248,564 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 16.092 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Kit Kyte's total beneficial interest in the Company is 1,363,794 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.26% of the Company's total issued share capital.
