Checkit plc (AIM: CKT), the automated monitoring platform for operational leaders, announces that on 21 May 2025, Kit Kyte, Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of 497,925 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 14.158 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the transaction, Kit Kyte's total beneficial interest in the Company is 665,797 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.62% of the Company's total issued share capital.
