Board changes
Checkit (AIM: CKT), the automated monitoring platform for operational leaders, announces that on 30 September 2024, Greg Price, CFOO, shall step down from the Board to pursue opportunities outside the Group. The Group is pleased to announce that Kris Shaw has agreed to replace Greg Price as Chief Financial Officer and will announce in due course when Kris formally joins the Board of the Group.
Kristian has nearly 20 years of finance experience. After qualifying as a Charted Accountant in 2005, he spent 14 years working in finance roles in various sectors. He joined Smartspace Software plc in 2019 and served as its Chief Financial Officer for the past three years.
Kit Kyte, Chief Executive Officer comments, "On behalf of the Board I want to thank Greg for his
valuable contribution over the last four years. Greg has overseen the transformation in our
Finance function and spearheaded our path to profitability. I wish Greg well in his future
endeavours.
"I am delighted to confirm the appointment of Kris as Chief Financial Officer. In past roles he has demonstrated the leadership and expertise required to help further develop Checkit and deliver long term sustainable growth for the Group".
