Board Changes

Checkit announces the resignation of Ric Piper, non-executive director, from the Board with immediate effect. The Board intends to recruit another non-executive director in due course.

John Wilson, non-executive director, will assume the position of Chair of the Audit Committee and joins the Remuneration Committee.

Keith Daley, Executive Chair said: "On behalf of the Board, I should like to thank Ric for his wise counsel over many years. He leaves with our best wishes."
