This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4.
On 27 June 2008, an award in respect of a deferred bonus was made over 210,000 ordinary shares in the Company to Andi Case under the Clarkson Long Term Incentive Plan.
No consideration was paid for the grant of the award which is structured as an award of restricted shares.
The vesting of the award is subject to Andi Case's continued employment. The award will normally vest on the third anniversary of grant.
Following the grant of the award, Andi Case has a total holding of 695,294 shares in the capital of the Company (3.7 % of the total issued share capital of the Company).
The Company was informed of the above transaction on 27 June 2008.
