Total Voting Rights

Cohort plc hereby notifies the Market of the following:

As at 31 July 2008, Cohort plc's issued share capital consists of 40,480,806 ordinary 10p shares with voting rights. Cohort plc does not hold any shares in treasury. 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Cohort plc is 40,480,806.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Cohort plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
