Director Shareholdings

The Company has been informed that Sir Robert Walmsley, Non-Executive Director, yesterday purchased 4,965 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at 332 pence per share. Following this purchase, Sir Robert Walmsley's beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Company is 30,000, representing 0.07% of the current issued share capital.

Cohort (AIM: CHRT) was admitted to London's Alternative Investment Market in March 2006. It has its headquarters in Berkshire and employs in total around 650 core staff there and at its other operating company sites in Bristol, Cambridgeshire, Devon, Lincolnshire, Somerset, Surrey and Scotland.
