TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, Cohort, the AIM listed independent technology group notifies the market that as at 31 May 2026, the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 47,041,882 ordinary shares of 10 pence each (the Shares). The Shares carry voting rights of one vote per Share.

The Company does not currently hold any Shares in treasury.

The above figure of 47,041,882 may be used by shareholders as the denominator in the calculations by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company's Shares under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Sensors and Effectors
