The Company announces that it has been notified today that, following payment of the interim dividend on 4 February 2021, dividends received in respect of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (Shares) held by Andrew Thomis, Chief Executive, and Yasmin Thomis, Person Closely Associated (PCA) with Andrew Thomis, were automatically reinvested as follows:
