PDMR and Director Dealings
The Company wishes to notify the market of the following director share transactions.
Andrew Thomis, Chief Executive
The Company hereby notifies the market that, on 10 December 2020, Andrew Thomis purchased 340 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 601.03 pence per share into his nominee account.
In addition, on 10 December 2020 Yasmin Thomis sold 340 Ordinary Shares at a price of 595.00 pence per share from her nominee account.
Following these transactions, Andrew Thomis' interest and that of his persons closely associated in Ordinary Shares is 190,232, representing 0.46% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
