COHORT PLC (the "Company")
Director Shareholdings
Cohort plc (the "Company") wishes to notify the market of the following director share transactions in Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Simon Walther, Finance Director
The Company was notified by Simon Walther on the 23 October 2019 that he has transferred 1,286 Ordinary Shares in the Company from his personal holding to his ISA and 1 Ordinary Share in the Company from his personal holding to his individual nominee account. These shares were previously held in certificated form and were originally granted as options on the 29 August 2016 under a three-year term which matured on the 1 October 2019 under the Cohort plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme.
No change to the number of Ordinary Shares beneficially held by Simon Walther has occurred in connection with the above transactions. The interests of Simon Walther and that of his persons closely associated in Ordinary Shares remained at 168,634, representing 0.41% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
