Grant of options
The Company announces the following grant of unapproved options over ordinary shares of10 pence each to directors of the Company:

Both unapproved and approved options were granted on 26 July 2011 pursuant to the Cohort plc 2006 Share Option Scheme established on 16 February 2006 and the Approved Share Option Subplan thereof established 24 June 2009 (and approved by HM Revenue & Customs on 5 August 2009) respectively. The options can be exercised between 27 July 2014 and 26 July 2021.
Also on 26 July 2011 the following approved and unapproved options were cancelled:
