Trading Update and Board Changes

Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer and global distributor of ceramic and related products to hospitality and retail markets, wishes to update the market on trading performance for the year to 31 December 2012 and to announce forthcoming changes to its Board.

Trading for the year ended 31 December 2012 will be in line with the Board's expectations.

Jonathan Sparey, Non-Executive Chairman, will retire in May 2013 at the Company's next AGM. He will be succeeded by Alan McWalter, currently Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee, who joined the Board in January 2011.

Churchill China expects to issue its Preliminary Results on 26 March 2013.
