Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer and global distributor of performance ceramic and related products to hospitality and retail markets, was notified that James Roper, Sales and Marketing Director of the Company, sold 15,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1085 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this sale, James Roper's total shareholding in the capital of the Company is 1,052,500 ordinary shares, representing 9.6 per cent. of the voting share capital of Churchill China.
