PDMR dealing
Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer and global distributor of performance ceramic and related products to hospitality and retail markets, was notified yesterday that on the same day Angela Claire Bromfield, Non- Executive Director of the Company, purchased 983 ordinary shares in the Company at 1016.25 pence per ordinary share. Following this purchase, Angela's total shareholding in the capital of the Company is 983 ordinary shares, representing 0.001 per cent. of the voting share capital of Churchill China.
