Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer of innovative performance ceramic products serving hospitality markets worldwide, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 and its Notice of Annual General Meeting were posted to shareholders on 23 April 2019.

Churchill China's Annual General Meeting will take place at 12 noon on 17 May 2019 at the Company's head office, No 1, Marlborough Way, Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, ST6 5NZ.
