POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT AND AGM NOTICE
Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer and distributor of performance ceramic and related products to hospitality and retail markets, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 and its Notice of Annual General Meeting are today being posted to shareholders.
These documents are also being made available at the investors section of the Company's website, www.churchill1795.com/investor-relations.
Churchill China's Annual General Meeting will take place at 12 noon on 20 May 2015 at the Company's head office, No.1, Marlborough Way, Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, ST6 5NZ.
