Churchill China PLC04 April 2008 Churchill China plc (the "Company") Director/PDMR Shareholding 4 April 2008 The Company was notified yesterday that Jonathan Sparey, Non-executive Chairman,purchased 2,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 2 April 2008 at a price of 258 pence per Ordinary Share;and 2,500 Ordinary Shares on 3 April 2008 at a price of 268 pence per OrdinaryShare. Mr Sparey is now interested in 34,100 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.31per cent of the issued share capital. In addition, the Company was informed today of the following transactions inOrdinary Shares: David Taylor, Finance Director, purchased 1,000 Ordinary Shares on 4 April 2008at a price of 265 pence per Ordinary Share.
