Chemring Group PLC ("Chemring" or "the Company") announces that 7,861 1p ordinary shares in the capital of the Company have today been sold on behalf of Michael Flowers, a director of the Company, in order to satisfy the tax and national insurance liability arising on the vesting of Mr Flowers' deferred award over 16,674 1p ordinary shares on 27 January 2018 (also announced today).
