Director Share Purchase
Contango Holdings Plc announces that Oliver Stansfield, Non-Executive Director, purchased 4,803,334 ordinary shares of £0.01 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on market, at a price of 0.8 pence per Ordinary Share on 22 October 2025.
Following this share purchase, Oliver Stansfield holds 18,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 2.4 per cent of the Company's voting rights.
