The following amendment has been made to the 'Issue of Equity' announcement released on 25 March 2022 at 07:00 under RNS No 9843F.
The New Ordinary Shares will be admitted to trading on the official list and the London Stock Exchange with effect from 8.00 a.m. on Thursday 31 March 2022, not Wednesday 30 March 2022.

Issue of Equity
Contango Holdings Plc, the London listed natural resource development company, announces that it has issued 242,424 shares ("New Ordinary Shares") in lieu of services of £20,000 provided by a service provider that has elected to be paid in equity. The shares were issued at 8.25p each.
An application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the official list and the London Stock Exchange with effect from 8.00 a.m. on Thursday 31 March 2022 ("Admission").
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued ordinary share capital will comprise 309,667,356 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore, following Admission, the above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
