23 March 2015 Conroy Gold and Natural Resources plc ("Conroy" or "the Company") HIGH GRADE GOLD INTERSECTED IN INFILL DRILLING AT CLONTIBRET * Grades of 25.29 g/t gold over 2.5 metres and 22.37g/t gold over 1 metre in new drill intersections * Previously unknown mineralised gold zone identified * Further evidence of continuity of high grade gold mineralisation Conroy Gold and Natural Resources plc (AIM: CGNR, ESM: CGNR.I), the goldexploration and development company focused on Ireland, is pleased to announcethe initial results of its in-fill drilling programme in relation to thestarter pit in its definitive mining plan for the development of its Clontibretgold and antimony project in Co Monaghan. The Company has already classified 96 per cent. of the gold resources withinthe current starter pit as being in the indicated category. The drilling results to date provide further evidence of continuity of highgrade gold mineralisation. These include, in one hole, intersections of 2.5metres at 25.29 g/t gold at a depth from 83 metres and 1 metre at 22.37g/t goldfrom 95 metres and also include from a depth of 14 metres a 5 metreintersection at 4.46 g/t gold. In another drill hole a new mineralised zone has been identified which included2 metres at 1.47 g/t gold at a down hole depth of 94 metres. This release has been approved by Kevin McNulty PGeo, who is a member of theCompany's technical staff who holds a BSc/MSc in Geology and Remote Sensing, inaccordance with the guidance note for Mining, Oil & Gas Companies issued by theLondon Stock Exchange in respect of AIM Companies, which outlines standards ofdisclosure for mineral projects.
