Conroy Gold and Natural Resources plc (AIM: CGNR, ESM: CGNR.I), the gold exploration and development company focused on Ireland and Finland, announces that it was informed today that following a purchase earlier today of 100,000 ordinary shares of €0.001 in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 29.75 pence per share, Professor Richard Conroy, Chairman of the Company, is now interested in 2,530,657 Ordinary Shares, equal to approximately 21.60 per cent. of Company’s issued share capital.
