Transfer of shares held in treasury

Caffyns plc ("the Company") announces that on 24th June 2013 it transferred to participants in the Company's employee SAYE scheme 362 ordinary shares for the exercise of options under the SAYE 2010 scheme at a price of 350 pence per share. The shares were all formerly held as treasury shares. The Company has received the proceeds of £1,267 in cash.

Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company holds a total of 91,188 of its ordinary shares in treasury. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held in treasury) is 2,788,110.
