The Group was notified on 7 February 2018 of the following sale of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") by the Directors and Connected persons listed below (the "Transaction"). The Transaction by Robert Barker and persons connected to him were undertaken to utilise their annual CGT exemptions.
