Colefax Group Plc (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions of Director and Connected Person
The Company was notified today, of transfers today, totaling 430,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Judy Green, the wife of Chief Executive David Green and a Connected Person. The transfers comprised 200,000 Ordinary Shares to her adult son Timothy Green, 30,000 Ordinary Shares each to her six grandchildren and 25,000 Ordinary Shares each to Sophie Barker and Zoe Barker, the adult children and connected persons of Finance Director, Robert Barker. All transfers were for nil consideration. Following the transfers the holdings of David Green and his wife Judy Green are as follows:
