CEPS PLC ("CEPS" or the "Company") Issue of Equity
CEPS announces that following receipt of a notice to exercise options at an exercise price of 62.5 pence it has allotted and issued, credited as fully paid, 272 new ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company.
It is expected that dealings in these new ordinary shares will commence on 13 July 2007.
Following admission, the issued share capital of the Company will be 8,314,100 ordinary shares.
Following the exercise, there will be a balance of 1,437,497 existing warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares of the Company.
