Further re: Share Capital Reduction Update
Further to the announcement released by the Company on 1 May 2023, concerning the proposed share capital reduction and proposed cancellation of the share premium account, the Company announces that the files from the court order have been received and registered by the Registrar of Companies.
Therefore, the share capital reduction is now expected to become effective on or around the 15 May 2024.
The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for the content of this announcement.
