The Board of CEPS announces that Mark Pollard will be stepping down from his position as Non‑executive Director of the Company on 29 March 2019. Mark has acted as a Non-executive Director of the Company for almost three years having been appointed on 20 May 2016.
A further announcement will be made in due course in relation to his replacement.
