CEPS PLC Adjournment of Extraordinary General Meetings
The Board of CEPS announces this morning that the Extraordinary General Meetings of Ordinary Shareholders and Warrantholders is adjourned until 1pm and 1.30 pm today respectively.
The Board further announces that the adjournment is to allow clarification of a change to general market terms upon which a delivery partner of Sunline Direct Mail Limited proposes to undertake business in the direct mail sector.
