Directors' Shareholdings
In the circular sent to shareholders on 8 May 2013 ("Circular"), the Company stated that the new ordinary shares arising out of the subdivision of aggregated fractional entitlements as a result of the Company's share capital reorganisation would be sold to certain directors of the Company.
Further, the Circular stated that the price at which such new ordinary shares would be sold would be the average of (i) the closing mid-market price per share on 11 June 2013; and (ii) the highest mid-market price at which shares were dealt on 11 June 2013.
In accordance with the above, the Company announces that, on 12 June 2013, the following Directors acquired ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at a price of 32.5 pence per share:
