CEPS PLC (THE "GROUP") BOARD UPDATE
CEPS PLC is pleased to announce that Peter Cook, currently a non-executive director, has with immediate effect been appointed an executive director with the title of Group Managing Director.
The Board considers this appointment to be in accordance with its ambitions for the Group and the considerable progress made to date and following the successful integration of Sunline Direct Mail Limited.
