CEPS PLC AGM Trading Update

On 9 May 2007, the Company issued its report and accounts which contained commentary on the Group's prospects for the current year, including Sunline Direct Mail Limited ("Sunline").

At the time of the acquisition, in February 2007, the Board announced that they were satisfied that there would be no material adverse change to Sunline's trading following a change to general market terms upon which a delivery partner of Sunline proposed to undertake future business.

The Board is pleased to announce that a new direct mail service contract will be signed with this delivery partner to commence on 1 July 2007, which should, subject to compliance with the new terms and conditions, deliver an increase in service payments to Sunline over the second half of the year.

The Board is also pleased to report that the management transition has occurred satisfactorily and that Sunline's trading is in line with expectations.

The trading performance of the Group so far this year continues to be encouraging and the Board remains optimistic about the outcome for 2007.
