The Character Group has today published its Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 August 2011.
The 2012 AGM is to be held at the offices of Duane Morris, 2nd Floor, 10 Chiswell Street, London, EC1Y 4UQ on Wednesday, 18 January 2012 at 11.00 a.m. The formal notice convening the Meeting is set out at the end of the Report and Accounts published today.
The Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 August 2011 and the Notice of AGM are available to view and download in the investor relations section on the Company's website www.thecharacter.com.
